I wanted to come on here and warn you all about My Platinum box, Here is my story I signed up for My Platinum box on January 17th for a Penny, I got my box and was charged on March 13th for my February box, and I should have gotten my box right around the 3rd or 4th of the month....I didn't and wont be, so let back up a little, I called my platinum box on right around the 26 or 27 of February being they ship our around that time to make sure I was getting my box was told it was all set to be ship our the next day and that I would be getting it. So I wait and wait and wait for my box, I need to cancel my my box for April so I emailed then on March 6th asking for them to unsubscribe me as I wouldn't be able to afford it, and they unsubscribe me and Told me that I should be getting this month box soon and they were sorry to see me leave, any ways I emailed them last night (March 11th explaining my story.) Here is what I wrote them.

I canceled my subscription for next month due to the fact I wont have the money, but I am wondering what happy to my box for this month as my bank account was charged for a box, I never got my shipping information or any thing, when I spoke to customer service on the phone regaurding billing and such before I canceled they said I would have a box coming my way and not to worry, and that it should be here shortly I spoke to them right around the first of the month, I would really like to know what is going on and where my box is. slightly irritated with the fact I can not get through on the phone and keep being sent to voice mail also I have left 3 messages and still have no response. would like one shortly before I go above all this....thank you.,
They email me back with this, Which is great they want to give me back my money but still does not make sense about the dates and all and me unsubscribing, since I canceled after the fact my box should have been mailed.

You canceled quite shortly after you were charged, so at the end of the month when we ship boxes and labels are printed you were not in the system. As a result you will not be receiving the box. And since your payment information is no longer in our system we cannot refund your 10 dollars back, unless you provide us a paypal account into which we can simply transfer $10. Keep in mind our service is recurring billing, after the free trial period you were bound to be charged, unless you canceled the first week of February. So please let me know if you would like to be refunded the $10 via paypal, thank you.

I will give you my paypal info when my husband get home since it his card and all, but what I really don't understand is if you charge me in on Feb 13 the $10 and I canceled on March 6th what does that have to do with my box being shipped out on Feb 28th or Feb 29 you would have still had my information at that time, and I should of had my box before I even cancled right, so what you are saying is you never sent me a box, any ways thank you for offering to refund my money that mean alot. Paypal information will be sent later today.

I am happy they are refunding my money and did admit it was fault on there behalf I am very up set with the fact I paid for a package of goodies I will not be getting it and that just pisses me off, I really wanted my samples of what ever, not even sure what it was samples of, and no one has a video posted so just not sure what was in it, but yeah I guess I would settle for, my money back, to be honest if i owned a company I would just get ride of some one info, just so that you could go back and see what happened also I would send them the box out any ways and give them there money back to that maybe in the future they would come back but that is just me,
Any ways sorry for the rant and that it was so long, but I felt other should know what they are getting into.... on the other hand I unsubscribed to MyGlam do to the fact that they didn't arrive as fast as i was hoping and the fact that we really were not getting makeup as I thought we would be. Well at least one makeup Item per bag even if it was a drug store makeup item, but instead we got a bunch of facial stuff and what all any way that will go for another blog. I am getting there bag on there mistake with out charge so that is nice....
